Management

Who manages the entity - a manager, the constituents acting together, or a body named in the record - and the managers of record at adoption. Added when an entity adopts the management module; this is the clause that moves an entity toward a managed LLC.

  • Clause id: management@1.0.0
  • Activated by the management module
  • Composes after: ## Article III - Powers (a document package may override this through its anchors map)
  • Placeholders: managementBody, managersList

Item numbers in this clause are canonical: they open at 1.1 under the clause's own heading and never assume a host document's numbering. A consumer composing the clause renumbers it to continue the target document.

Source: dashboard-ui src/data/constitutions/clauses/clause-management.ts@1.0.0, itself a supplement to Core v2.2 Article III (the act rule) Licence: Apache-2.0

Legal review: Items are numbered M.1/M.2 under the clause's own heading rather than the mirror's 3.6/3.7, which assumed Article III of a specific base ended at 3.5.
